Shipping Policy

Shipping is always free within the U.S., regardless of order size or weight! We ship via FedEx to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

For a flat rate of $10, we also ship internationally via DHL to select countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jamaica, Lebanon, Mexico, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Pakistan, Portugal, Taiwan, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not listed, feel free to email us at [email protected] to express your interest and we can see what we can do.

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, usually within 1-3 business days. Orders typically take 6 days to arrive within the U.S., and much longer abroad. However right now for international orders keep in mind that there could be 2+ months in delay due to limited air traffic, so please be patient! We cannot guarantee delivery dates, are not responsible for custom fees, and are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

If you order larger quantities of products, your order may ship in multiple packages.

Return Policy

We do not offer returns at this time. However, if your item(s) arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us at [email protected]—we’ve got you covered.

If you need to cancel your order or make a change, email us at [email protected] as soon as possible. We can help you out as long as the package hasn’t been shipped yet!
